Refund policy

As our posters are individually crafted according to your specifications, returns and exchanges are generally excluded.

If your poster is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will, of course, replace it free of charge. In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at christopher.gram@gmx.de and include a photo of the issue.
